Learn the basics of CrossFit!

Our curriculum includes 4 one on one or small group sessions with a certified CrossFit trainer. You will learn the key points to perform Squats, Presses, Pulling movements and an intro to Olympic Weightlifting. Mean while, a coach will also discuss your goals and provide you with a structured plan to achieve them!
